 +We use a HTML form that allows you fill out fields we require for your application and save the contents to a file on your own computer.  On completing the form you can then email the resulting file to <mrclha.swiftinfo@ucl.ac.uk>.  This significantly improves our ability to automate the processomg of your form as quickly as possible.  However, if for some reason you have problems with the HTML form, we can send you a Word version.
