=== Data collection ===

A feasibility study on 10% of the NSHD sample living near the Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Facility (CRF) in Manchester took place during 2006-2007. Data from the remaining sample were collected from 2008 to 2010 at CRFs located in Edinburgh, Birmingham, Cardiff and London.\\
