-~~NOTOC~~
-====== Research Data and Confidentiality Training ======
-All UCL users are required to undertake annual training in Information Governance.  For UCL staff this can be arranged at [[https://www.ucl.ac.uk/isd/itforslms/services/handling-sens-data/training-and-awareness | here]].
-
-Non-UCL staff can undertake the following MRC e-Learning course provided at this [[http://www.byglearning.co.uk/mrcrsc-lms/course/category.php?id=1 | link]].  The MRC course contains on-line questions that assess your understanding of the material and will provide you with a certificate upon attainment of a sufficient score.
-
-If you are not a UCL researcher, then you are required to undertake the MRC e-Learning course (available at the MRC link above) in order to receive NSHD data.  When you complete the MRC course on //Research Data and Confidentiality// please send your certificate, via email, to the LHA at mrclha.swiftinfo(at sign)ucl.ac.uk.
-
-**In addition you must be aware of and agree to the following restrictions that apply to NSHD data:**
-
-  - You must only store NSHD data inside secure University/Organisation networks (with protected LANS, firewalls, file system ACLs etc).

-      - Store on publicly accessible computers or file systems
-      - Store under other peoples' computer accounts
-  - NSHD data must not be communicated to or from the LHA using any unencrypted media.
-    - Media includes laptops, portable hard drives, USB memory sticks, DVDs, mobile phones, etc., etc.
-  - Only tested encryption products may be used to transport NSHD data.
-    - We generally encode NSHD datasets using AES 256 bit encryption before we sent it to you.
-    - If in any doubt contact the LHA (MRCLHA.SwiftInfo(at sign)ucl.ac.uk or philip.curran(at sign)ucl.ac.uk)
-  - If any NSHD data is lost or is put in a situation where it may be disclosed to unauthorised people, you must:
-    - Notify the LHA Director (Prof. Chaturvedi) and/or
-    - Notify the LHA Head of Data Services (Phil Curran)
-
-**Signing an NSHD Confidentiality Form indicates your acceptance of the above restrictions.  If you have any further questions about these please contact us at MRCLHA.SwiftInfo@ucl.ac.uk**
